Mr Lakshman JK Hettiaratchi (Chairman)
Mr Lakshman JK Hettiaratchi is director of the Sampath Bank Limited. He is a former CEO of IBM in Colombo.

Mr Henry De Mel (Secretary)
Mr Henry de Mel has more than 32 years experience as a development consultant, working with many international agencies including SIDA and NORAD. He has an MSc in Town and Country Planning. He is an expert in the Logical Framework Approach and is a programme evaluator of wide repute.

Ms Shamini Boyle (Treasurer)
Sharmini Boyle has worked as a television director/producer in Sri Lanka for over 25 years. She is currently Chief Editor at Young Asia Television, an organisation that is dedicated to social and development communication. Sharmini Boyle also works as a video journalism trainer and consultant for initatives to promote media freedom, women's rights and peace building.

Prasanna Premaratne is Vice President and Manager of DFCC Bank (Gampaha Branch).

Professor Swarna Jayaweera
Professor Swarna Jayaweera is Emeritus Professor of Education, University of Colombo, and one of the founders of the Centre for Women's Research (CENWOR), Colombo. Currently Joint Co-ordinator of CENWOR, she has also been a consultant to UNESCO, UNICEF and to various bilateral agencies. She has contributed extensively to edited volumes and journals.

Ms Kumari Balasuriya
Kumari Balasuriya is the Governor of the Southern Province in Sri Lanka. She was educated at St Bridget’s Convent and Musaeus College in Colombo and got involved in active politics after her marriage in 1971. She hails from a family associated with local politics for many generations.
